Why is my subscription suspended?

At Satrap, we have implemented automated processes for the suspension and reactivation of accounts. There may be a variety of reasons why your subscription has been suspended.

One common cause of suspension is payment issues, such as a lack of balance on your payment method or an expired payment method that needs to be updated. You can update your payment method by clicking here. If your card has insufficient funds, please add funds to it. Please be aware that we will automatically retry payment a minimum of three times before suspending your subscription.

Another reason for subscription suspension may be a violation of our terms of service or a breach of the law. We take the abuse of our servers very seriously and may suspend subscriptions if we detect behavior that could harm the reputation of our servers.

If your account has been suspended, please take steps to update your payment method or contact us for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Why was my account suspended?

Your account may have been suspended due to payment issues, such as a lack of balance on your payment method or an expired payment method that needs to be updated. It is also possible that your account was suspended due to a violation of our terms of service or the law, or due to behavior that could harm the reputation of our servers.

If your payment method is expired, or if your card is blocked for any reason, you can update your payment option in your account. You will also find all your invoices ready for download in your account.

How can I update my payment method?

To update your payment method go to your account and manage your payment methods from there. If your card has insufficient funds, please add funds to it.

How many times will payment be retried before my account is suspended?

Payment will be retried a minimum of three times before your account is suspended.

Can I request that my account be unsuspended?

If your account was suspended due to payment issues, you can update your payment method to unsuspend your account. If your account was suspended for other reasons, you may be able to request that it be unsuspended by contacting us. However, please note that we reserve the right to refuse unsuspension requests at our discretion.

If your account is suspended due to a violation of the terms of service or the law, you may be unable to request that it be unsuspended. In these cases, it is important to review our terms of service and ensure that you are in compliance with them in order to avoid future suspension. Is there a fee to reactivate a suspended account?

No, there is no fee to reactivate a suspended account. Our process for reactivating accounts is automated, so you will not be charged for this service. If your account has been suspended, you can simply update your payment method or contact us for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience that the suspension of your account may have caused.

However If your Domain name expires due to lack of payment, and if it is possible to recover your domain name, you will be charged €500 for domain name recovery.
